Priced per site, not per person

InstaClock costs a fixed amount per site per month, and the rate per site falls as you add sites. Hiring more staff does not raise your bill — which is the opposite of most UK clock-in tools, where every person on the payroll adds a monthly fee.

What every site includes

One plan, not a grid of feature tiers. Every site gets everything below.

  • An allowance of 25 staff per site

Pooled across your sites rather than counted site by site, so a quiet site covering a busy one is fine. Consistently over it? Tell us and we will fit the plan to it.

  • GPS clock-in and geofencing

Location checked at the moment of clock-in against the radius you set. Never tracked in the background.

  • Kiosk and phone clock-in

A shared tablet with PIN entry, personal phones, or both — your choice per organisation.

  • Timesheets and payroll exports

Weekly timesheets with breaks and adjustments, approved and exported as CSV for your payroll provider.

  • Late and no-show alerts

Managers hear about a missing shift while there is still time to cover it.

  • Full audit trail

Every clock event, correction and settings change recorded with who did it and when.

More than 20 sites?

Larger estates are priced individually rather than bought online. That is deliberate: at that size the right answer usually involves rollout support, an agreed price for an agreed term, and often a payroll or HR integration — none of which fits in a checkout form. Tell us your site count, roughly how many staff clock in at each, and what you use for payroll, and we will come back with a written price.

Pricing questions

How is InstaClock priced?
Per site per month. The rate per site falls as you add sites, and the number of staff clocking in does not change what you pay — unlike tools that charge a monthly fee for every person on the payroll.
What counts as a site?
Any active location you have set up with its own geofence. Archiving a location removes it from your next bill; restoring it adds it back. Changes are prorated automatically.
What happens when staff join or leave?
Nothing changes on your bill, as long as your estate stays within its included staff allowance. That allowance is pooled across your sites, not applied site by site, so seasonal peaks and high turnover do not cost you more.
Do you charge per person?
No. Sites are what you pay for. Each site adds to a staff allowance that is pooled across your estate, and we will talk to you rather than auto-charge you if you consistently run above it.
Is there a contract?
No minimum term on the self-serve plan — it is monthly and you can cancel from the billing portal at any time. Longer agreements are available where a fixed price for a fixed term is useful to you.
